What is included in the Monthly Flow plan?
The Monthly Flow plan includes unlimited access to all scheduled yoga classes for beginners and mixed levels, one weekly guided meditation session, priority booking, and free mat storage at the studio for the duration of your membership.
Can I switch plans during the month?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the price difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact our front desk in Hurghada to arrange the change.
Do you offer refunds if I miss classes?
Monthly plans are non-refundable for unused classes, but we allow session freezes for up to two weeks per month with advance notice, useful for travel or illness.
Is the Drop-In rate suitable for first-time visitors?
Yes, the Drop-In rate is ideal for trying a single beginner or general class before committing to a monthly plan. Staff can recommend the right class level based on your experience.
Are relaxation therapy sessions available separately?
Relaxation therapy sessions are currently offered as part of the Wellness Plus plan. Availability for standalone bookings can be discussed directly with our studio team based on schedule capacity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and local payment options in Hurghada. Monthly memberships can be paid upfront at the studio, with receipts provided for each transaction.
